Please note that should you wish to cancel your subscription, it must be done before your trial ends or before your renewal date. Payment will be taken after that time, and any refunds will not be issued unless for exceptional circumstances as part of our terms and conditions.

Once you are logged in, simply go to Account > Purchases.
Once on your Purchases you will need to locate your subscription and click cancel.
